He is such a magnificent character because he is so easy to relate to. Some people may take that as an insult because they think he's crazy. But look at his life--he was happy. Then look at yours...are you? ”
“Don Quixote, is the epitome / concentrated essence of good. Rather idealistic and romantic to extremes that not only blinds him to reality but which also finally takes its toll on the sanity of the tragic hero, but I suppose that's part of his disarming charm.. 'Poor old' don Quixote fighting the windmills' 'against all odds' leaps to mind.. but that's what true bravery is all about isn't it? To stand up to what we perceive is right, come hell or high water. It is a truly magnificent piece of work, that deserves critical acclaim and public appreciation.. but what am I saying.. it already enjoys all that.. and more.”
